Zone Guide is bugged for Zone Story Quests and other map items

This has probably already been reported a number of times but I created a new character for Necrom and was trying out the Zone Guide since I had never used it to track map completions. It does not update for completed Zone Story Quests. I just did all the Zone Story Quests in Apocrypha and several in Auridon and it says I have 0 completed. Says I haven't completed the Public Dungeons as well and I have.
