Spearhead scrap and heavily played card drops

There's speculation going around on what types of coffers these drop from. I've had people say they only get it from gold/purple coffers.

Today I managed to drop a spearhead cloth scrap from a green reward coffer, so I can for sure confirm they drop from any of them, although the higher quality ones might have better RNG for it, in case anyone was interested.

I do not think they have a cooldown, as I've gotten two heavily played cards one after the other, so a lot of it is probably RNG whether it drops or not.

Hopefully this is helpful to those farming the fragments. ^^

the drop rate for these fragments is abyssmal, i have not even seen a single of either drop, from the times ive played tribute npc daily

i havent been doing this daily every day, but ive probably done it at least a dozen times since necrom released (so thats 3 green + 1 purple coffer x12)

I've been doing the 3 NPC quest daily since Xbox Necrom release, and I did 1 Player daily before my quests all broke. And since Necrom launch from 30 purple coffers, and like 100+ green ones, I have received 3 of each fragment. Very very low drop rate for the NPC coffers. Can't really check on the Player earned ones since that is currently broken on my main.

I have played 3xNPC matches and minimum 1xPvP match every day since Necrom launched.

I completed the emote yesterday, and am at 9/10 for the house guest.

And I can tell you now: the emote is totally not worth grinding for.

After a year since the release of those achivements I started to fill my ToT achivements. So far not a big success on the fragments, got one from maybe 60 boxes. But for people doing their ToT - I think the fragment shares RNG slot with clues and maybe motifs, because I always get only one of those. I follow othe routine of penning one or two boxes a day like in other rewards. If no special reward I wait. So far it works okish, I get a special reward every other day on average. Still one clue to finish my decks, I will check how this works after that.

I also think that the RNG or the RNG reward structure (how much you can get from one box) is exceptionally bad, given how long it takes to win a match against other player. This also makes me hate the ToT, and I do not plan to continue playing after I finish achivements (and probably will never have a chance to get to rubedite rank...)

are the fragments in question locked by ToT level?
i am asking because i have started progressing ToT on one of my characters. Close to reach ToT level 5, playing 3 NPCs every day for Kishka dailies. So far i have got like 5 clues, 2 tapestries, quite many furnishing plans, but zero Spearhead scraps and zero heavily played cards. Got Zerith-var max rapport (solely because of ToT). Also played several games versus players, though a few. So, yet no drops from white, green, blue, and purple containers.
I have permanent access to both High Isle and Necrom.
Are there any limitations, requirements and restrictions i am not aware about?
(should i play only in Necrom city, or should i use Almalexia desk (as these are Necrom Achievements)?)
please, share your observations and insights. zero drops of them Spearhead scraps are not much encouraging..

Nope. Just play ToT and it'll drop from any of the coffers except white.

using my current rank and counting XP i get for games i may conclude:
40 purples + 3 blues + 120 greens yielded me zero Spearhead scraps
zero Spearhead scraps per 40 days of dailes. is that normal?
what is yours drop rate, may i, please, wonder?

It would be random. I farmed it by just doing the npc daily (3 matches) on two toons and possibly one of the pvp dailies a day and no more. One day I got two in a day, but it's rng and rng can be a pain. My adice is to do a little each day so as to not get overwhelmed, and just collect them as you go. ^^

Yeah I've started playing again recently too.

I've had absolutely no drops of the fragments or the style pages. But I also don't have all the clues yet. I've gotten pretty lucky with the clues, getting one per day. Yesterday was really lucky: My gold box from winning my first PvP match of the day did not give me a clue but the PvP quest blue box did, lol.
