Gorne is broken.

I have now run this dungeon 6 times and I have not got a single Lost Graht-Oak Acorn drop and Staxuira just suddenly disappears when at about 15% health.

Very very frustrating
Is anyone else experiences this?

On PC/NA it is working fine for me, what you describe is not my experience and sounds bugged.

Are you sitting there farming the boss consistently? There is a 5 minute cooldown on boss loot, and the boss can respawn prematurely when someone without the achievement approaches. When this happens, you only get a little bit of gold off the boss.
You are also only guaranteed 1 of each of those collectible drops a day, after that its the old rare chance of getting them. You'll have better luck in that case just killing the mob packs.

No. I'm not camping that boss nor farming it.
I am "farming" the Acorn once per day.
I have gone in and done a circuit which would includes Staxuira and when the Acorn has not dropped .. I've left and gone to do something else.... Come back about 40 minutes later and done the circuit again...
Usually Acorn drops quite quickly but this time I ran the dungeon 4 times across the evening each time experiencing the Staxuira boss bug and then twice today with about a half hour gap in-between my first and second attempt.

Underweave is dropping the seedling with no issues at all

It only seems to be Gorne and the Acorn and Staxuira.... The only reason I'm aware of the Staxuira problem is due to the Acorn not dropping and ending up doing a complete circuit of the dungeon... Usually it drops before I get to Staxuira (mostly)

I've run this dungeon every day for 20+ days not w so am quite aware at the sudden difference.

I actually farmed the Acorn, one per day, and it worked fine on PC-EU. Some days it took a bit longer than other days, but never more than a full circle.

Edit: you posted a new message while I was making mine. So it's a new bug according to you? I was done with Gorne a few days ago, and also on a different server.

When there are a few folk or folkettes in the dungeon it does take longer to drop and those would be the instance's I generally would end up taking on Staxuira, so I expect it to take longer on those occasions, naturally.
As I was typing out my previous post though, I had just arrived outside Gorne to try one more time which would have been my 7th attempt in 2 days

Oddly the Acorn actually finally dropped.... Off Staxuira no less lol SMH.
I will have to wait till tomorrow now to see if this happens again ( I hope not of course)

The ogrim boss still hits people who aren't even near it with very damaging fireballs. Did the devs equip it with a HIMARS or something?

Khajiit has been getting 1-3 per character as they acquire Sharp - every character out of 7 has received at least one. So far he is up to 14.

The acorns drop multiple times. I got 2 on my first run through Gorne.
