Has anyone lost Ember?

I’ve somehow managed to ‘lose’ Ember. I was in Eastmarch running from Cragwallow to the Logging Camp Wayshrine - dodging all the trolls & spriggans - and when I materialised in my new location she was gone. I didn’t notice straightaway but realised after I went to my next location. Have logged out and back in, logged out and back in the next day - and no sign of her. She’s gone ☹️ Has this happened to anyone else? Should I report to support?
