Unable to log in the game

I am able to log into my account through the store website but not into the game. Disabled firewall and run as admin and got nothing. Keeps saying Login information is incorrect, but it's correct.

Kaspar✭✭✭Sorry that was kind of insensitive of me.... Daggerfall FOREVER! ...you had to be there, I guess.
Anyway, it's seems weird to me that you can log into your account but not into the game using the same credentials.
