New Grim Focus is taking too much resources

Basically the Grim Focus on PTS is consuming too much resources during the fight than on live.

Live:
Just cut it back by around 50 Magicka/s on a 100k fight and it should be fine.

✭I mean it's got a significant buff so is it costing a little more on longer fight that big a deal.
