Molten Whip shouldn't keep stacks when dodged

I made a post like this in the pvp thread but I thought this might give it a better shot at getting seen.

Molten whip is the only ability of its kind that can be stacked with no target and out of combat. NB bow proc requires you landing 5 LA and Sorcs Bound Armaments requires 4. They took away arcanists being able to keep their crux I hear too.

So it already has the advantage of requiring the least amount of time to build up and requires no target and can be done out of combat, and the stacks persist until you land it as well?

That just comes off as favoritism if Im being honest and you cant really argue against it. Either spend the stacks on cast, or give NB their bow back when its dodged, and give sorcs whatever daggers miss and refund frags if its dodged too. Be consistent.

The fact it can be pre buffed is enough to call for a change seing as in thier own words (ish) they don't want players being able to prebuff prior to combat.
Not only does it prebuff massive dmg on whip but buffs overall dmg and healing

Exactly. I remember when they changed bow to keep stacks until you fired it people had a fit until they reverted it. If it refunded it when it was dodged people would lose their minds
