High and unstable Ping (more than usual bad :-))

Hello. We already know that the Achilles heel of the game is the server, but aren't you noticing higher latency these days?
From Argentina I usually have 180ms and I am at 250-300 and with peaks. In my clan several players are complaining about the same thing.
Attached to winmtr and tracert tests. Could you verify please?
It's pretty hard to play like that.

I don't want to be rude but the answer is a bit... "insulting". If you see the tests (which are consistent with what they ask for), determine that the problem is with the server and the entire community that boasts about it knows it and suffers from it daily. I was waiting for them to say that they are working and when they will finally fix it.
