Impervious Runeward buggin health display

So me and my friend were duelling and we noticed that while using the skill impervious runeward and fighting our health would sometimes get "stuck" at a certain % for the opponent. It seems to be a problem that happens when the 1s shield gets broken but I can’t be sure. Here’s a clip of us trying to figure it out.
