Resurrecting the Greymoor Rising final fight bug [Spoiler Alert]

This is still happening. Final fight, High King Svargrim gets to 14k health, comes back at full 830k or whatever it is, rinse the repeat. I've gone as many as five times with Svargrim respawning but never completely dying. I've never died, but have had to transport to housing to get out of the fight when I'm done with the groundhog-day scenario.
I know this is a very old bug, but finishing this is crucial to the zone. It would be great not to have to not-kill Svargrim ad nauseam. It's like a little slice of mini hell lol.
