Built-in antiquities bugs

My friend got the built-in purple antiquity bugged, with "arrows" from the amulet pointing to a spot where nothing is, or sometimes, even outside the dig area and outside the world area (it's in Bal Foyen landing, which is "fenced" by a rock wall).

We have tried all kinds of stuff, including logging out, moving to another zone, digging up another antiquity, etc.

Unfortunately, I could not explain to her how to submit a ticket, as there is no "antiquities" category, and the closest match, quest, requires some inordinately thru-the-rectum steps even for a proper quest, much less for an antiquity.

The problem happens both when she plays on Steam Deck, and when she plays on her PC, where I at least managed to get her to screenshot the issue:




Additionally, the Blackwood purple built-in antiquity for whatever reason has dropped a Reach blue built-in lead for her:



She's on PC/NA, and I can provide her @ username if someone could look into it.

Note -- since it's a built-in antiquity, there's no way to discard/wait out and reacquire the lead, and there doesn't seem to be any way to reset the dig site.

That's in Bal Foyen, right?

There is a fix in the PTS patch notes (9.1.0) about a Bal Foyen antiquity site that's underground, so that might be the one you're looking for.
