In game audio chat won’t work X/S NA

My in game audio chat has worked in the past where I can hear zone chat but no matter what I do now it won’t work. It’s been months. Maybe even a year at this point. I can see people talking and mics going off, people can hear me in game chat and party chat and I can only hear party chat. I have put in so many tickets and the last one told me to contact Xbox support. It’s not a Xbox problem it’s a ESO problem. All my other games don’t have these ridiculous issues. So instead of placing another ticket to be passed around I wanted to ask here if anyone can help me. Issue was on Xbox One X and now Xbox Series X. I know it can work because it has before but only for about a day or two.

NAT type Open
No latency
No packet loss
Over 100mbps speed
Wired or wireless same issue
Deleted and reinstalled
Deleted save data
Cleared Xbox cache
Force shut down

Some real help would be great. Or maybe someone can actually have tech support help me properly.

Oh and I’ve also tried leaving the party and not being in a party still doesn’t change anything.

I just looked through my emails and I don’t have it I think it auto deletes after a while. My gamertag is Covenant Nine on Xbox if that helps.
