Deadly Strike, Ansuul's Torment & Velothi Ur-Mage

Will DS, AT & V U-M work together? Will I actually get a total of 37% extra damage towards monster with this set up? I know DS & AT work together for an additional 22% but I don't know if V U-M adds to this as well. Or should I just use Oakensoul with DS & AT?
