Which Class do you think is the weakest at that moment? (PVE wise)

I've tried all races and classes, but even though she's all maxxed out with gold gear, my Argonian Necromancer plays weak in any role when compared to the others.

And on top of that it's illegal to use her skills in public...

I think question like this needs to be a bit more precise. Do you mean trials (and if so what difficulty), 4 man, solo or just open world stuff, for different content there's probably slightly different answer. I feel like this will be heavily influenced by how people feel about dds, especially necro dds.

In general for trials, NBs are the only class that doesn't bring any direct benefit. NB tanks are the worst tanks in the game together with templars, NB dds are 2nd worst dds after wardens and their use as healers mainly came from the fact that you needed either sorc or nb and blade could generate ult better. This patch we already see a lot of groups moving away from NB healers. Sure Necros might feel like they are in a bad spot, but they are still best EC users and ever since their release all top groups have had at least one necro in the group, usually 2 (more prior to major vuln sets being a thing). Wardens basically have perma spot as healers, dks have been top dds for 1.5 years at this point (besides High isle patch where cros were probably slightly better), Templars actually can compete in a lot of fights with dks, sorcs are great MK users and the recent change to atro made them desirable and arcanist are all around good. Right now I just don't see any reason to bring nightblades into the raid, unless it's for fun, they simply don't have any group utility, have the worst cleave damage in the game and aren't even top parsing class.

For 4 man content, speaking strictly about dds, it has to be necro. It doesn't have much going for it. Plenty of dungeon fights are mobile, where necro falls behind other classes, due to dots/siphon not being as reliable. Additionally you don't have great passive healing while doing damage.

For solo all classes can work and here it will depend on what you aim for, since for score pushing vma dks would probably be overall worst class, yet they would be one of the best at soloing some dungeons on vet/HM.

All in all I think Necro, Warden and NB all need love as Pve dds, with Templar and NB needing help with Pve tanking and DKs especially would need some help with Pve healing.

Generally speaking Nightblades (PVE and PVP) are at the back of the line for most end game content and for very obvious reasons.

Listing them all out for the umteenth time is too depressing, so I'll leave that to others to do...

like wardens are really good for healing and necromancers are great for tanking.
and i believe nightblades are super at dealing damage.

i haven't had issues with any role with all 7 classes.
no clue which class is worst or best at everything.

Templar is only relevant in endgame as a DD right now and even then, that’s debatable because there are better options. The class provides no support buffs to the group that are exclusive to the class like what every other class in the game has. We don’t have a unique penetration buff, no unique max health buff, no group Major Brutality or Sorcery, no group Major Resolve, no Minor or Major Cowardice, no Minor or Major Vulnerability, and zero way to add block mitigation, or general % mitigation beyond Major Maim which was gutted years ago.

Our Extended Ritual is worse in large groups than Efficient Purge, our Luminous Shards has the same cooldown as Orbs with similar benefit, our once unique Radiant Aura minor buffs are much more accessible and Repentance stopped giving the entire group stamina. Our Minor Sorcery passive is useless as you’re guaranteed to have a Dragonknight in the group, so what does Templar provide?

AoE cleave and high execute damage?
That’s about it.

Speaking from an end-game trials view…

• Dragonknight does everything.
• Sorcerer can DD, and tank.
• Nightblade can tank and heal.
• Warden can tank and heal.
• Necromancer does everything.
• Arcanist does everything.

Strictly organised trials wise, which is how performance is measured mostly. It's fine solo wise like arenas though, dungeons also not bad if you count in self healing in and have no other execute classes/specs alongside.

My Templar feels like a wet paper towel. I have tried multiple builds, all yellow. And it just feels like I can only do non dlc wb or I’m still one shot in some places. I was an imperial Templar but changed to high elf as was told magplar is better as high elf.

Necromancer, because it is a slog compared to the other classes. Delay in skills, needing bodies.. I'll play mine for a while, then have a big sigh of relief when I log onto my Templar or Arcanist.

I don't use Necro and don't do highly optimized raids, so can't really give an opinion on it. My Nightblade is definitely weaker than my templar, but at least it has a good power fantasy that makes taking it through simple things more fun. The Templar is my main at this point out of habit. In addition to feeling horrible sustain wise and feeling mid in most group stuff I do, she doesn't feel as good to play. At least when I sneak around, that's fun stealth gameplay.

I started Necromancer new character after few years without creating new alts, and I already abandoned it around lvl 30, very boring class with really not interesting abilities. I still prefer stamina or magicka templar, which are much better option due to their versatility in pve, they can heal, tank and deal decent aoe damage in a same time.

Templars and Necro have a lot of AOE damage. In trials and dungeons I do see 'plars and necros pulling way more damage than me due to the ads. Nightblades are basically only single target and even then they are underperfoming when compared to other classes.

"Valid" DPS choices are magdk, HA oakensorc, and stam arcanist. So... anything else I guess. Tanks, templar tank is basically unheard of. And healer DK.

I have a feeling it is actually Necro because nobody plays it but have no personal experience. Out of all the other classes, Templar is the least versatile and does not excel at anything in particular. No great or unique buffs to the group, Warden and Arcanist can heal just as well while offering better buffs and the former is a great tank while Arcanist does way better damage. Templar is just meh right now.

I said templar mainly because it seems like their DPS roles have both taken a hit of late since I took a break from the game 9 months ago. As healers, they are still strong, but even a necro healer, which may be weaker or less consistent in terms of healing power, has more to offer for group buffs, making them potentially more desirable in endgame groups.

I would like to see the templar reworked some to grant more group bonuses that are much more desirable than what they have to offer right now. I'm okay with their DPS being second class so long as they remain one of the top 2 classes for healing, and a strong option for tanks/offtanks.

I’m seeing a lot of votes for Necromancer; at least on Necromancer, you always have a desirable role on DD as an EC-Cro and are wanted as supports because in pugs they can use their Resurrect ultimate to save an entire group from wiping or benefit organized ones due to their Major Vulnerability, which just got a massive duration increase.

Templar healers and tanks are nowhere near where they need to be as they are practically devoid of any unique group utility.

Yeah agreed, Warden makes a good healer so it sees some use, but it struggles most as DPS since its class skills require the use of a Frost Staff and Shalks were changed from a semi-spammable to a long "DoT".

Necro is not in a great spot, but they are still needed for EC. Colossus is helpful, and IMO they are best for MK and Alkosh too.
