I wanna have my arcanist have a few summons so I wanted a few sets that summon daedra specifically but any sets that summon something are cool.

I can think of that monster set that has a daedroth.
Mad tinkered has a mech raptor

One morrowind set summons a hunger I think.

But I'm having trouble thinking if other sets.

Any help appreciated!

Maw of the Infernal is the daedroth (named Fluffy).
Defiler is the hunger set from Vvardenfell.

Scavenging Demise is a different version of the hunger.

    Morkuldin has a sword.
Aegis Caller does what it says on the tin.

Shadowrend has a shade version of its namesake.

Selene summons a bear, but it’s really quick and doesn’t stick around.

Selene (and maybe Aegis Caller?) don't count as pets. Other sets that aren't true pets are Icy Conjuror and Coldharbour's Favorite.

I'm not sure if Defiler counts as a pet or not.

The rest are fully-fledged pets, and will be buffed by Ritualist.

Unfathomable Darkness summons Crows around you that deal damage to enemies.

(5 items) When you deal damage, you call a murder of crows around you for 12 seconds. Every 3 seconds a crow will be sent to peck the closest enemy within 12 meters of you, dealing 871 Physical Damage. This effect can occur once every 15 seconds and scales off the higher of your Weapon or Spell Damage

Coldharbour's Favourite summons Honor, Cadwell's pet Coldharbour Bantam Guar.

(5 items) Healing yourself or a group member summons Honor, who after 2 seconds, begins healing you and group members near him for 4648 Health over 6 seconds based on the higher of your Max Magicka or Stamina. Dealing damage summons Honor, who after 2 seconds, explodes, damaging enemies near him for 2352 Magic Damage over 6 seconds based on the higher of your Weapon or Spell Damage. Honor can only be summoned once every 10 seconds.

OP asked about summons, not pets.

ETA: since nothing was mentioned about combat performance, I took the question as a thematic request and not one meant to maximize buffs/damage, as OP is not going to be able to make use of things like Daedric Prey. If maximizing damage is the aim, creating a zoo on Arcanist is not going to be meta anytime soon. But it can well be fun regardless of whether the summon is a pet.

Both of the monster sets from darkshade summon an automaton - either a dwemer spider or sphere.

Sentinel of rakathumz and engine guardian helmets both summon automatons that heal/ provide resources. One of the IC headpieces summons explosive scamps. Tremorscale calls a duneripper.

I think those monster sets are sentinel of Rku…heck I can’t remember the spelling and Engine Guardian if memory is correct.
