Don't Nerf NB, I am finally joining the bandwaggon. Just quit your class and become NB.

Don't touch the NB burst heal, don't revert the PTS cloak. I am lvling up an NB right now, once the changes are complete I will delete my templar so I never go back.

From a templar persective this NB build is templar but better. I don't care about the yellow or red color change.

The problem is crit. Even at 33%, that thing just won't crit BoL for anything. I noticed that even at 45% the crit chance for BoL is about the same.

So I am quitting stamplar all together. I will move the build to NB.

There I will have 60% crit constant instantaneously up from 21-33%.(kepping up or dropping buffs or switching bars)

I will have assassins will, think of this as a superior version of Power of the Light. It's unclensable and you get to hold it around and blast it at any time and they won't be aware when it's coming. It's that OOMPH you need to end combat situations.

When I cloak, I can always guarantee a crit burst heal. Saving me time and resources. (Compared to 3 BoL that don't crit while still getting wailed on in plain sight)

Surprise attack, is a quick direct damage hit that you don't have to worry about evasion or something dropping it's damage 20% or channeling it or using a set to get back that 20% damage. I wasn't using jabs or javelin anyways on my templar.

I surely wasn't cleansing, most people will kill anyways making healing far superior to cleansing at any point in time in pvp. What stamplar has the ability to spam cleanse over and over again when they can reapply the DoTs? Just out heal it and fight or in NB case cloak out from battle and crit heal and wait.

NB has great resource management so using the templar mag or stam rune isn't needed for me as an NB freeing up a slot.

I think the gap closer for NB has a stam based one...no need for toppling charge...a mag based gap closer that shares the pool to my only reliable heal that only prolongs death.

Templar ray. Really? do you want an execute which breaks up it's damage over time to finish off a person or an NB hard hitting guaranteed crit damage hit that relies no extra buzz to finish them. Even if you don't use the guaranteed hit, at 60%, most hits are almost guaranteed crit.

Change can be annoying, but as the good old saying goes, "are you really going to leave that much advantage on the table?" I know these are PTS changes but it really got me to move on from redguard templar, something I played since beta...I've gone as far as I could power wise with it, it's time for me to ....LEVEL UP...

ZoS has made it clear with this change, NB is the way to B. Although Lios might say otherwise.

    The Irony ... 😂
    You... switching to Nightblade... 😂
The most outspoken critic of Nightblades over the last months...

But seriously, don't delete your Templar! Just bench it for now.

If anyone here says: OH! But, PVP! I swear I'll ...

Thank you for the valuable input and respectfully recommend to discuss that aspect of ESO on the PVP forum.

Yeah, and everyone complaining about Nightblade, everyone gonna get Rangeblade nerfed again and they aren't even playable. Did y'all know swallow soul is part of the Nightblade toolkit? Or did y'all forget it exist...honest answers only

Ok 1 bg 12 x nightblade everyone use stealth at the same time. This is more like Hide and seek than battleground match.

Well if i'm going to badwagon I may as well:
Pull dk out of storage (I don't like playing the class, never lasted more than 2 days)
    Go vampire
World of Vamps here I come!

You're about to get a really rude awakening, mate.

Your cloak won't work half as well as you think it will, especially against any templar build, who have jabs that pull you out of stealth. It annoys me how often I try to burst a templar and they just turn around and slap me back to base.

You're complaining about dipping into the resource that your heal uses, but what do you think cloak and the nightblade burst heal both use? They're both really expensive too!

Your whole post and the others you've made are just ridiculous. You have no idea what you're talking about, and it's going to be hilarious to see your dk post in a couple of months when you fail to do anything significant with your nightblade.

Stamblade lacks identity since the hybridisation of this game, since your most damaging abilities are now Magicka based.
You are also almost forced into using vampire (though it could be argued that most classes are).

Also, where the hell are you pulling 60% crit chance from? Are you high?

I get annoyed with pvp as much as the next person, but it's a me issue, not a class issue. Look at people like deltia or any other YouTuber who melts people with absolutely any class. Also look at the dueling scene, where great duelists win with every class.

For context, I've been a stamblade since release and never play any other class in pvp. I'm also not a vampire, since it makes my khajiit look terrible. I refuse to use a staff as well.

Tldr; stfu and stop complaining. Change up your build, practice on the pts (all sets are available) and git gud.

Playing a class is all about how it feels to play for me. Templar was GREAT until they changed the jabs animation, now I still play it, but I no longer main it. Warden is GREAT except for their main spammable which feels terrible to use. Arcanist IS great. So I main that now. I used to main NB, because swallow soul felt GREAT to use and hit like a truck, but was nerfed into the ground in 2017 so now it barely does okay damage. I'd consider maining it again if they buffed the hell out of the swallow soul damage. But Zos won't do that, they're anti-fun lately.

If you're wondering, mag sorc doesn't have any feeling when playing it so it's boring, and stam sorc got nerfed into the ground. DK has always felt floaty to me. Stamplar is just Magplar so I can take or leave both in terms of how they feel to play, Mag Warden feels like DK to play to me, and stam warden though fun doesn't have a good spammable option for me (plus it's D tier damage). Stam NB does good damage if you want carpal tunnel, and mag NB got nerfed in 2017 and hasn't been the same since. I just don't like Necro. Leaves Arcanist until Zos decides to nerf them too.

they need to revert the cloak and the burst heal seems overpowered NGL

the NB is always being given god-mode abilities as if being invisible isn't enough.

How many posts about Nightblade are you going to make bro? You know when you go on tirades like this it causes people to not take you serious. Even if you have legitimite grievances you're just gonna be that guy obsessed with getting nightblade nerfed

You can't spam cloak AND all Magicka based buffs at the same time. Don't be ridiculous.
I do agree, for the most part, that medium armor is the best, but not for every build/situation.
I'll have to take your word for the cp star, since I play exclusively battlegrounds, so no cp for me.

That's not a exclusive nb star i know plenty of ppl that run it and none of them are nb. It's actually more of a ww star or ppl who like to larp in vamp stage 4. Don't listen to these dudes they literally spread misinformation and nb hate on every thread they can

I dont see nerfs coming to nb anytime soon. You may as well invest in it as an alternative S tier to DK, that requires more skill to use effectively.

The good nbs in pvp kill you much quicker than dks, and with very powerful heals, incredible mobility, and they aren’t squishy.

Honestly I wish I could get into enjoying the class, but the cloak & gank style just holds zero appeal.

    Personal preference.

*footnote: I got hit by a 20k Assassin’s Will in a bg last night, while wearing aetherial ascension with 38k resistance.

That guy mustve known what he was doing. I dont remember an AW hit like that while using that gear.

How a single hit can be designed to do 40k+ damage is a bit hard to fathom.
