New fire atronach banker un-summonable in trials

When I try to summon the new pyroclast fire atronach banker in a trial, it says I can't use this collectible in a timed instance. I can summon the other bankers like Baron Jangleplume though.
This seems like a bug.

I would think its a bug because that should only be the case for armory... but I also wonder if its purposeful to cut down on troll potential since you can have flame atronach enemies. That said, I think they should be summonable in content because you paid full price for a banker and a merchant... and if someone is trolling they can just be kicked.

Same issue occurring on my end as well. Have to assume this is a bug as all of my other banker/merchant assistants were still accessible in this content.

Same thing here too (ps/eu). Gutted because then no-one in my group can see them. What's the point if you can't show them off?

its supposedly fixed in the PTS from the 7/17 pts patch
