✭If you are talking about the Oakensoul one and it's your first time, it shouldn't take much time but yeah, it's probably the more tedious one.
I used to run almost all the region mining each spot.
First time is the fastest, subsequent ones take longer. I think in Max around 1 hour of farming you should get it this time, not standing in one spot... (Speaking from my experience only)

✭✭✭✭✭I had varying luck (I needed six because I have three accounts and play on both PC megaservers). The first one, on my oldest account PC NA, I got out of the first node I mined - it was near the alchemy survey in the Wyrd Tree area. The second one on PC NA and first one on PC EU took me a few nodes each - and I don't really remember where I got them. The second one on PC EU took me the longest - I spent IIRC about a week finishing up my playing day in Glenumbra finding ore nodes.
My third account is much younger than the other two - and the Glenumbra lead took a couple of days each, running from node to node. The worst lead for me on both of those was the crab boss one. Ick.______________________________________________________

I don't have Oakensoul yet. I have a grand total of 4 mythics on one server and 2 mythics on the other server, and I didn't get any of them on purpose; they just happened while I was playing the game. So far the only mythic of those I've found which has any usefulness to me is the Ring of the Wild Hunt, and I find it to be too annoying to wear all the time so I only put it on when I'm dabbling in PvP.I've fought mudcrabs more fearsome than me!0 -

✭✭✭✭✭My experiences in Shadowfen with the water plants and pure water lead that had everyone fighting over spawn points back at Blackwood's launch suggest that the best strategy is to find a reasonably small area that's easy to monitor where there is an unusual concentration of the type of nodes you're interested in, then stick around that area and keep harvesting the nodes as soon as they respawn.I've fought mudcrabs more fearsome than me!0 -
opalcity✭✭✭✭✭I got this lead twice; Once for myself and once for my gf. I spent literal hours running up and down the coast between King's dolmen and Balefire, because there's a decent amount of nodes there and it was quiet. Eventually got it for myself after a couple of days.
Then I said I'd farm it for my gf, and got hers within the first few nodes. Seriously within minutes on her account.
RNG just be like that.

The drop rate on the Ores for the Lead is low. It took me a week to get this one.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
