Reporting the bug on website.
I'm currently in Japan and when I access to elderscrollsonline.com, I just get redirected to /ja/ja/ja/ja... forever.
I have to use VPN and set to USA.
No issues connecting to the game itself.
Hope someone's already checking on this 😅
