    Underappreciated post.

    This happens so damn much and ZOS doesn't ever say anything about it.

    My favorite is when you wait through a 1.5 hour Q... get to play for about 20 minutes... get the error you did... then get sent back to PvE land and have to re-q.

    After watching the video, to me it seems like something on your side is throwing you out. Try to lower your graphic settings(mainly try lowering maximum particle systems and particle suppression distance to their lowest, maybe view distance much lower), to see if that helps. Disable all your add-ons, to see if one of them is causing this getting kicked behaviour. Limit your framerate in either the ESO settings or the GPU software.
    And as the server thinks you are still logged in after kicking you out, it takes 5 minutes to really log you out of the server, this happens in any zone you may disconnect from.

    I've been in a few massive battles, 20 vs 15 or so. And had 0 issues on PC EU, no lag or framerate drops(4k 60hz no add-ons). Not even when the entire ground was red with attacks, while 10+ enemies and 10+ friendlies were standing/fighting next to eachother/me.

    PS: Your loading screens seem crazy long, to me this points to your GPU being taxed too much. (unless you are using a HDD, not an SSD)
    PPS: You do not have the framerate and latency showing on your screen, this could help with troubleshooting. You can activate this in the settings somewhere. And state the screenresolution you play in.

    @Sarannah I know you're trying to help, which is kind. Thank you.

    However, it's this issue: https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/636730/booted-from-the-server/p1 and happening on both pc's, regardless of settings (which my GPU can handle, lowering settings doesn't help). One day it works fine, the other day we're booted every hour. This happens to multiple players, while some are totally unaffected. This happens since Necrom launched. Even when I'm just crafting or using my guild trader.

    It's really taking quite a bit of fun away from this event, while otherwise since the server upgrade for me Cyrodiil really does seem improved.

    I'll admit up front that I didn't watch your video, but something I always tell those who experience crashing problems in Cyrodiil:

    Addons = crashes.

    I used to run a handful of addons, mostly things like Skyshard/Lorebook pins and trade-related stuff, and had the same game stability issues as everyone else. The worst was during big AvAvA keep battles, where I couldn't even approach the keep without disconnecting. It was incredibly frustrating and I ended up dropping my sub and taking a break from the game because of it. When I came back I got tired of the constant need to update them, so I decided to run with zero addons and now I crash maybe once a month, and I play everyday, including PvP most days.

    As an FYI to those that say to disable addons, that doesn't seem to always make them completely inactive. You have to completely delete them from the game folder to be sure they're having no effect on your system.

    As for the recent disconnect errors, I had two in the same day about 3 weeks ago but haven't had one since. I have no idea what was causing them but there was a patch note about some issue with 2-person mounts causing others to crash, so maybe that was the cause.

    I was in a group in Cyrodiil tonight where 10 out of 12 players got kicked from the game while we were waiting to regroup. In under 5 minutes almost everyone in the group had to relog because their game froze or they just got disconnected. Some players got kicked multiple times. Some did not want to come back again, because they got angry...

    Now this happened on Playstation. So if you were right with your "settings" and "addons" and "graphics" card ideas, why does this happen to console players too? And what are they supposed to do? Is it because of the weak playstation hardware? Because i only disconnected once while i was in this group (on my playstation 4 pro), while others disconnected all the time (on their new playstation 5). I mean, yes, i had one bluescreen at the beginning, and a few hours before when i was leveling a new char i got kicked while i was training my horse... But it seems to be random who gets hit. They only thing not random is the frequency of stuff like this happening to the whole population. It always happens when something with the game or the servers changes.

    Blaming the customer for not using their hardware right might be easy for you, and in a few cases it might even help to look at the own hardware again, but it does not help anyone when there is something wrong with the game. Better quality control, more employees and stronger servers would be a good start, but that won't happen as long as people keep blaming the wrong side of the cables.
