Zone Map completion reset today?

So I just noticed in zone guide my map completion has reset some of the progress I have made in every single zone. Just asked my guilds and they are noticing this too. Is this happening to anyone else?
I've logged out and repaired and launched the game with no addons. I'm still seeing missing map progress.

BrashnekSoul ShrivenIt's kinda all over the place. Just about every zone I'm missing main story quests. Some of theses main story quests that are missing are in the middle of the quest chain. Several points of interests are undiscovered and incomplete and when I go to them there is no quest because I already completed them. Same goes for public dungeons.
I didn't realize someone actually has posted about this in the bug reports forum and provided screenshots.0 -
