Improving access to (Major) Buffs for some classes

There's quite a large disparity between the number of buffs (and debuffs) ESO's classes have access to, coupled with the fact that some buffs and debuffs are more crucial to have than others. A Necromancer for example doesn't even have Major Prophecy/Savagery or Major Brutality/Sorcery build into its kit, while a Dragonknight, Warden and Stamplar can access both of them by just using class skills.

Of course potions, Guild Skills and Weapon Skills can be used to fill in the gaps, but I personally prefer slotting class skills on my characters. I can also imagine that in some game modes, PvP for example, having a well rounded class kit that includes one or more of the "standard" Major Buffs would be beneficial as you'd might want to use other potions than Weapon Pots and bar space comes at a premium.

Hence, despite it might lead to more homogenization between the classes, I wouldn't mind seeing some of the following changes in the upcoming QoL and balance patch:

Necromancer
  • Add Major Brutality/Sorcery to Skeleton Mage and its morphs.
  • Add Major Savagery/Prophecy to Shocking Siphon and its morphs.
  • Ideally the Skeleton Mage and its morphs would be considered as DOTs instead of pets so that they can proc sets and benefit from the Rapid Rot passive.

Nightblade
  • Remove the 10% damage buff from Concealed Weapon and either add it to the base skill or to Grim Focus. Currently Stamblades have a harder time keeping the buff up than Magblades, which isn't really fair.
  • Add Major Savagery/Prophecy to Siphoning Strikes.

Templar
  • Remove Major Brutality/Sorcery from Biting Jabs and either add it to the base skill or to Solar Barrage (seeing as Empower is useless for most builds) so that a Magplar could get the buff from a class skill too.
  • If Major Brutality/Sorcery wouldn't be unique to Jabs, the skill would clearly be less useful than a Magplar's Sweeps though and it could use a small buff. Perhaps it could do Bleed Damage instead of Physical Damage so that it can proc Hemorrhaging? It'd kind of fit the name of the skill and it might be a DPS increase.

Sorcerer
  • Add Major Breach to Haunting Curse
  • Add Major Savagery/Prophecy to the Unstable Familiar
  • It's nice that Sorcs got Minor Berserk and Minor Force, but Dark Exchange is clunky. Remove the cast time or reduce it to 0.3 seconds so that it can be weaved in between LA's and doesn't leave you vulnerable for a second. If it'd be too powerful in PvP, the heal could maybe happen after 1 or 2 seconds.

What do you think?

it would be better if the necro skeleton would be treated as a dot/pet, the point is that in the current form the skeleton cannot be ordered to attack a specific target, like sork pets, because of which the necro will simply lose damage and it is possible that players will also keep running with degeneration, because of this.
Shocking Siphon does not need buffs, it needs processing in one of the morphs or in all, in addition to tether, an explosion should occur, imposing a dot on all targets in the corpse’s explosion area, like in a stam morph, not at the end, but immediately. Maybe instead of tether it would be better to have the explosion deal instant damage as well, in addition to dot, it would be a good combo from blastbones that leave a corpse next to the target, and this skill will deal instant damage when applied to a corpse around it, and will leave a target dot on everyone who was close to the explosion

Having essential buffs connected to essential/powerful class skills is indeed a huge advantage.

An advantage that Necro, Magsorc, and Templar are excluded from.

Yup i still looking for major breach on templar kit but it's hidding too well. Major sorcery should be on some buff not on jabs. I like it on jabs but having it on jabs disqualify different builds. If major sorcery could be are too rune skill or make complete rework to radiant aura skill and add major sorcery there. Return Major Savagery on jabs or add unique armor breach that stack maybe to 3 times.
