Daedra, Dremora?
I hate you mortal, I hate you mortal, I hate you mortal, I hate you mortal, I hate you mortal, I hate you mortal, I hate you mortal.
.
Wow, this dungeon has the most sophisticated torture instruments I've ever seen! Do you want to try them out on those mortals who terribly enrage me?
.
What do you like more? Torture souls or bodies?
.
I hate mortal food, take it away from me.
.
I like music very much. For example cries of pain and despair.
.
What was that, a sorcerer? I hate sorcerers! The last time I was forced to wash the floors in his house and kill mudcrabs when he summoned me! I am very angry!
How would a werewolf companion actually work? If they become a werewolf in a town, do the guards attack them? Does the player get a bounty?
Same with vampire, if they use a vampire ability in a town or by a guard, what happens?
Necromancer companion, same questions.

Basically... the player would get the bounty. After all they brought a potentially dangerous creature into town, so they're responsible for any damage the companion causes.

But many towns have combat quests in towns. From an RP position it’s interesting, but actual gameplay mechanics… not sure.

It depends on how it's done... in case of the werewolf it could easily be solved. The transform would be an ultimate, just as it is for players. Players could then decide whether they'll trigger it or even whether to slot it at all.
Granted, a vampire would be somewhat harder to do, but I'm not really that familiar with vamp abilities.
In any case it would make more sense that way as having a "normal" companion for werewolf and vampire characters from a RP point of view. Why would, for example, Bastian, Mirri or Isobel travel in the company of such a creature (not sure about Ember, Sharp or Azandar as I don't have them)?

That actually suggests an interesting lore question.
Are there followers of Hircine that are NOT some sort of “were” creature?

I really really wish for an orcish companion f.e. But that might still take a while and as far as I know, the Aldmeri Dominion only got one companion by now, so let's aim for a bosmer or highelf first out of fairness!
