Leaderboards and Reward Tiers are not Updating (PCNA)

Since Whitestrake's/Midyear Mayhem began, none of the leaderboards or reward tiers are updating. On top of the lack of transmute crystals or rewards we would have normally received, this bug could NOT have come at a worse time. Gaining AP in any fashion does not update anyone's ranking, nor the reward tier of any character, no matter the alliance.
