At least you could let us buy again the fragments to still have the pet !!!

Now its says i never collected in my UI, and the collector refuse to sell me the items again!

I am so mad! If you could only give it back and keep the tickets for the meadowbreeze but remove it from my collection that would be fine. but i guess dreams are not part of ESO

you should be able to buy the pet fragments again. i know i bought it multiple times already.

Do you already have backup fragments collected for the pet? Do you already have the elements to remake it? That might be why you can’t buy them again.

You can have the pet and a full set of fragments to make a new pet.

Yesterday I brought the third part for the skin, I then combined those parts with the pet I had to make the skin, immediately after that I used my already purchased three parts for the pet to make a new pet. Now I will start to collect the pet fragments again.

A new set of fragments for a new morph will go onsale soon, if you could not make and use multiple pets you would only be able to have one of the four per year morph items, this is not the case.

Doublecheck you don't already have a full set of pet fragments ready to use!

I've just checked this out. I've been able to buy the 3rd of the parts, and remade the Passions flower pet with no problems.
It won't let you buy parts that you already have, so hopefully that is what you are experiencing. Then you can just make yourself a new pet.

ok, i took the time to read each of you, to get a huge coffee pot, and then to check again.

So at first i took picture of what said you have not the pet, and then, stupid me saw in the good fragments sections that i had the fragments to use ....

So i guess that when i used the pet earlier to get the new morph, they give back the fragments the game used to create the morph

Definitly i am not as a wine going good with age, i rather go badly

They did NOT give you back those fragments. The pet and fragments were consumed. You just happened to have spare parts ready to use.

Once you combine them into a “new” version of that pet, your backup pieces will be used. And you will be able to buy pieces again.

They do not give back the fragments. You have to buy them again. But, after you combine to make passion pet, the fragments can immediately be bought from Impresario again. And those pet pieces are always available. You likely bought them up little by little as year went on, perhaps thinking they were part of other rewards? I know I can't keep these fragments straight just based on name, or knowing which go to pet, which to skin, which to personality, etc., etc.

Just to follow up, this whole system can be similar to making a pie in a very, very small kitchen.

Imagine you want to make a pie (your pet) but your tiny kitchen can only hold one of each of your pie components.

So you buy your crust, fillings, and sugar, (your three pet components) and your storage is full.

So you use the three items to make a pie (pet). And once the pie is made, you now have space to buy more pie ingredients.

You use up your pie (pet) in trade for a new item, and now you gave room to make a new pie with the components you gave stored.

I actually bought the pet parts 2nd time because I forgot I already had it. I've not purchased parts to morph the pet due my lack of interest for the first two morphs. So yes, you certainly can buy the parts again, but of course can't combine em before morphing the first pet. Morphing parts should be a single time purchase for account per region.
