Gaze of Ayem Achievement bugged?

I have played about 15 hands today trying to get that achievement. Can someone explain how it works? I had 5 out of 10, and decided to finish that achievement off.
I used the patron to look at draw cards and not transfer a card to cooldown multiple timmes. I used the patron look at draw cards to transfer a card multiple times. I used the patron when it favoured me multiple times to look at draw cards and transfer to cooldown. I lost the games badly in my efforts to just muck around with this.
I am still sitting at 5 out of 10. No progress.

✭✭✭✭✭usually those achievements are just for using the patron, it shouldnt matter if it is favored, unfavored, or neutral when used
i havent tried to get this one yet mostly because i dont enjoy pvp tribute games, and its very annoying they lock 1 of the card upgrades behind pvp tribute lolplays PC/NA
