I was stuck there for 10 mins only got out because my other server popped. Is that why I couldn't get out. Does being queued for another bg cause you to get stck?

It kept saying I was already queued?

This happens when your cyro is full. The delve takes you out of it, so it can fill and not let you back in immediately.
IC queue is often a way to get out if you don't want to go back to Cyrodiil

If you get stuck somewhere again there’s an option to submit a support ticket to have them “unstuck” your character.

Most likely the map was full and you had to wait until enough people had left Cyrodiil.

I don’t know how true this is since that also happens in IC but I was told last MYM when this happened to me that if you are in a campaign that has a que then this can happen. It’s because things like where you go for the Volendrung quest and delves are in different instances so you technically left Cyrodiil. You are at the front of the line to get back in but sometimes you’ll get stuck.

Idk if that is true but kind of makes sense.

This is the fabled Cyrodiil Protean Crate! You press open, get disappointed, repeat, and when you get out of the delve, you win!

First day of a popular PvP event. Delve is instanced so your not really in Cyrodiil. So, yea, it can take a while to exit back to Cyrodiil. Wait till the last days of the event for Delve Diving, or pick an empty campaign.

Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

Unstuck is automated but has an cool down, now this might simply send you to the wayshrine at the start of delve.
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

OtarTheMad described it perfectly B) ..!

Its exactly as he wrote... If you go into one of the delves in cyro, you will leave the cyro instance... Then if you want to leave the delve and enter back into cyro, you will be put in the top spot of the cyro queue and can enter IF there is a spot... If there is no spot available, you will be brought back to the delve instance... In that case you will have to try to exit the delve over and over again, until there is a spot for you to enter cyro again...

Luckily this whole thing will only happen when there is a queue for cyro :) ...

Thank you all for your answers. The server being full makes the most sense. I will remember stuck function next time. I rarely use that so it didn't occur to me. Thanks everyone.

Did stuck get you back to your base in Cyrodil? Another trick is to queue for an Imperial City campaign, this will send you to the IC base. This also work the other way to get out of IC port to an Cyrodil campaign.
Very useful if you separated an fool from his tel-var, fool as in never banked them
