Seeking Stamina Arcanist Build, one bar, no Oakensoul

I am looking for a one bar Stamina Arcanist Build. I don't want to use Oakensoul because I'd like to use a Bow on my back bar for times I need a ranged attack. I have the Wading Kilt I can use for my Mythic.

Right now I am using a combination of the Solo and the Group Skill setups from the build below, but am having trouble finding a balance that uses a skill from all 3 Arcanist trees. I want all 3 represented for the passives.

Any suggestions?

I suppose it depends on the content you want to do, but generally speaking I'd go with something like this (with the Wading Kilt) or this (with a Monster Set like Stormfist).

Cephaliarc’s Flail and Fatecarver (you could go with the other morph for more damage) are the core of the build. Cruxweaver Armor is slotted from the Soldier of Apocrypha line because the extra armor is nice and it grants you a Crux whenever you receive damage so that you can use the beam more often. If you don't need the healing from Runemend, I'd probably replace that with Zenas' Empowering Disc due to the buffs it grants to you and your group.

The back bar skills aren't that important, though I'd definitely recommend slotting Recuperative Treatise because you gain the Major Brutality buff even on your front bar without actively using the skill.

The reason for recommending Tzogvin's Warband is due to the Minor Force buff it grants upon reaching 10 stacks. Normally I'd recommend using Barbed Trap to get that buff, but you don't really have the bar space on the front bar for it. An alternative to Tzogvin that's easier to get would be the overland set Gryphon's Ferocity.

If you're not adverse to farming another Mythic, the Velothi-Ur Mage's Amulet would be nice to get. It also grants you Minor Force, so that you could use another set instead of Tzogvin, and more importantly it increases your damage by 15%.

If you have access to trial gear, other sets than those I recommended would probably be better by the way.

    Thanks for the information.

I don't run trials but I do enjoy veteran dungeons.

So I just did some tests to see what DPS I'd get with the setup I suggested (and to check if it wasn't horrible). On second thought I'd probably slot Barbed Trap instead of Camouflaged Hunter when going with the Wading Kilt and use Pillar of Nirn instead of Tzogvin's. It did a few K more DPS, even without using potions that'd grant the Major Savagery buff from Camouflaged Hunter.

I was also wondering what the DPS difference would be if you'd go with the morphs of Fatecarver and The Unblinking Eye that do more damage versus the ones that I used in those builds on UESP. In case you're interested, I've linked to some screenshots below. My weaving is pretty bad, especially on the PTS, so please don't pay attention to all the missed LA's.

Tzogvin's Warband, Deadly Strike, Wading Kilt: 69,609 DPS
Deadly Strike, Pillar of Nirn, Wading Kilt: 73,483 DPS with the morphs I originally chose, 76,516 DPS with the others
Deadly Strike, Pillar of Nirn, Velothi-Ur Mages's Amulet: 73,054 DPS with the morphs I originally chose, 75,874 DPS with the others

If you use Exhausting Fatecarver, you do lose out on large Damage Shield (21K on the Trial Dummy with the Bastion CP slotted). I generally play ESO solo so I use Pragmatic Fatecarver for that Damage Shield, but when grouped I suppose Exhausting would be the better choice from a DPS standpoint.

I'd personally rather use the Velothi-Ur Mage's Amulet than Wading Kilt, if you could get that Mythic, as you don't have to worry about keeping up any stacks or having a perfect uptime on Barbed Trap. Though the Kilt did slightly more DPS on the parses I just did, in actual content I reckon the Amulet would be better during quite a few battles.

    Three thoughts here:
    a) I'd put Cruxweaver Armor on the backbar. It is long enough in duration that, when you pre buff before a fight and barswap pre combat, you still get a decent uptime and you do not have to swap back. So it is as close to a "one bar", as you can get without loosing much.

    b) The open frontbar slot should be either Barbed Trap, Deadly Cloak, Quick Cloak or Rending Slashes. Or even Blood Craze.
Or Rune of the colourless pool, if it HAS to be a Soldier of Apocrypha ability. Seriously, the only thing you loose, if you follow advice A) and have no SoA ability on the frontbar, is the 129 recovery from the wellspring passive. All other three passives can be active without one ability on the active bar.

    c) My Curative Runes ability of choice is definitely Reconstructive Domain. Heal over time plus minor Courage and all minor sustain buffs. What is there not to like about?
Costs Magicka, too. And such you actually make something worthwhile with your Magicka Pool.

If anyone here says: OH! But, PVP! I swear I'll ...

Thank you for the valuable input and respectfully recommend to discuss that aspect of ESO on the PVP forum.
