Xbox NA crashes in Quagmire

Crashed about 7 times in the span of 20 mins in Quagmire campaign. Zos please fix!

Everybody is reporting constant constant crashes here. I've had at least 5 in 20 minutes.
Game freezes and only force quitting allows you back in, and you load right where you were frozen.

Not very enjoyable whitestrakes with all the freezes that require rebooting the game. At the keeps and resources you see people of other factions standing there from freezing. This is the worse than normal freeze/disconnects in whitestrakes.

There was a couple times fiancé gets logged back and just to dc before he could even move.

PC/NA crashing a lot too. "Unexpected error," "Unable to log in," "Check to see if you have a valid connection (all my other sites work fine)," crashing while zoning, ladders in IC not working..... the usual MYM issues.

@ZOS_Phoenix I don’t believe this should be moved to Xbox support. If anything it is a bug. There is also someone commenting on her for pc so it isn’t isolated to Xbox either.

These random freezes aren’t isolated to just a couple people. They have been occurring since last patch in pve or pvp, just is more frequently occurring to the point of being unplayable in quagmire during this event. People have tried turning off random mounts, clearing saved game data and many other things to try to avoid the disconnects with no luck.

I'm having the same problem game will freeze every couple of minutes in Quagmire campaign. I went to the gray host campaign and I haven't froze yet still I'd rather be in quag.

Are you only experiencing crashes in the Quagmire campaign?

Have you tried a reinstall of ESO on your console?

For me it has been the temporary campaigns where there is a large amount of people at the same keep/resource etc. had it happen in evergloam the other day as well. I didn’t have any problems in grayhost this afternoon for a while and there was a pretty sizable three way battle at a keep during part of that time.

I haven’t reinstalled my game since it isn’t an isolated issue. There were lots of people saying it was happening to them as well in text chat the first two days in quagmire. It has really put a damper on the desire to do participate in whitestrakes. There was a couple times it froze then rebooted game and froze again on loading in.

@ZOS_Bill I reinstalled eso and reset the xbox to factory settings when Necrom came out.

Have only experienced this in Quagmire and occasionally in imperial city. Not as bad when there is a zero bar population, but as soon as the number reaches single bar for at least 2 alliances, the game starts to freeze randomly every 5-15 minutes and the only way to remedy is to force quit eso and relog in, although sometimes an internal server error prevents relogging.

This is a problem that has basically nullified a large part of the event, as the smaller campaigns have traditionally been full of action, with large numbers of players in them. Now after many players got sick of disconnecting every 5 minutes, it is a ghost town. These are not large population numbers causing this problem, like I said even with a skeleton crew there are still DCs. This experience is night and day compared to the last mid-year just a month ago, where full bar populations could be contesting the same location without the same level of disconnections.

This continues to be an issue for many players. And again, logging back in is persistantly failing due to an unexpected internal error. What I CAN do is log into the EU servers, but why would I want to do that, as none of the crown items I've spent money on are available there.
