Maintenance for the week of November 18:
[IN PROGRESS] PlayStation®: EU megaserver for maintenance – November 19, 23:00 UTC (6:00PM EST) - November 20, 17:00 UTC (12:00PM EST) https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/668861
So the start of the quest, where you have to help clear the camp of werewolves. A good portion of the time the quest npc bugs out and will not continue.
Anyone been able to make it passed this?

This failed for me during beta, logout/login "worked for me".
As with a bug in another zone, I think the problem is caused when players attack the werewolves before she does. AFAIK she's immortal, so wait until she starts attacking werewolves before you attack each group.
Not only that ... I guess you need to be there, when she starts to walk. If you get an instanced version of someone else already beeing on its way with her, you cannot complete it.
We fixed this by pulling one of the werewolves to the orc lady and having it do an aoe attack so she gets hit. It's definitely a problem that happens when there's too many people killing all the werewolves right away before she even aggroes on them.
Winter-Time
by Robert Louis Stevenson
Late lies the wintry sun a-bed,
A frosty, fiery sleepy-head;
Blinks but an hour or two; and then,
A blood-red orange, sets again.
Before the stars have left the skies,
At morning in the dark I rise;
And shivering in my nakedness,
By the cold candle, bathe and dress.
Close by the jolly fire I sit
To warm my frozen bones a bit;
Or with a reindeer-sled, explore
The colder countries round the door.
When to go out, my nurse doth wrap
Me in my comforter and cap;
The cold wind burns my face, and blows
Its frosty pepper up my nose.
Black are my steps on silver sod;
Thick blows my frosty breath abroad;
And tree and house, and hill and lake,
Are frosted like a wedding cake.
I completed it, sets up a whole slew of quests that pits you against that werewolf lord at the end of it. Last quest in the line even gave a skill point.
I completed it (yesterday) but logging out then back in, I caught her in the middle of the camp walking around and fighting werewolves. I talked to her and it brought up a dialogue and then wee killed werewolves together. I waited for her to engage the werewolves before I started fighting. (a Bosmer bloke joined me halfway through the fights). I noticed that at certain points during her route she will stop for a moment and werewolves will spawn to attack her. I think if you're seeing this you should be able to complete the quest.
Still have one quest left that I can't complete. The Ghosts of Westry (or whatever it's called). Those damn ghosts just won't spawn!
So, this quest started out fine, but after we killed all the werewolves, the quest character just locked up. I logged out and came back in and now she's completely gone. Anyone have any ideas on this bugged quest???
Could anyone post a pic of here position? The way marker shows me going in town... when I am there.. it shows me going out of town.. but I couldn't see her....others which have finished this quest can't help, because their map shows a normal town without werewolves.

I tried pulling wolves to her and that didn't work she got attacked but after the werewolves being killed she went straight back to standing to where she was and I even tried restarting the game and logging out nothing works please anyone help me if you got any more advices thank you
A month and one day later from the last post and this quest is still bugged, at least in the V1 ebonpact version.
Somehow when I was off running back to kill more werewolves someone said in chat they unbugged the orc lady. When I walked back up to her the quest continued. I don't know what they did but before this person said something in zone chat she was just standing there and the quest would not progress...
