Runemend cost

This ability is way to expensive for what it does its near on 5k mag with no reductions, for a *** burst heal that's only a couple of seconds shorter than vigor and with a smaller tool tip does any one actually use this?

Do I use it? No. Like you said - it's undertuned. It costs way too much for how much (little?) it heals. It doesn't heal on demand, so as an "oh shoot" heal it's a tad limited.

Cost decrease, heal increase and especially the Hot needs adjusting.

As a burst heal it sucks, and the HoT will refresh when this "burst" heal is cast again under 6s.
oh and also, this burst heal can go to others which makes it extremely unreliable for self healing on top of issues it already has.

Evolving runemend's HoT needs to be over 3s not 6s, this to make earlier recasts less punishing.
Value of the HoT unchanged, which was already laughably low, so this should result in a significant buff to the Evolving morph.

I think a power-stacking HoT would be cool, if ZOS is feeling adventurous. Multiple applications of the HoT stack in power, so no wasted healing/resources (except through overhealing s'pose).

The cost is the same as heals like Honor the Dead
Leader of Lycan Syndicate, PC NA's tri-faction werewolf guild.~~~Played since the beta, got the monkey.~~~"The blood of the pack is now yours. They are your only family, your only allegiance!"

You probably already know what I'm going to say from other threads we've both participated in. FWIW the cost of Evolving Runemend on my Imperial Arcanist is 3316 stamina and it heals for 4369 x 3 = 13.1K with Recuperative Treatise on the bar (Major Sorcery / Brutality) and Focused Mending CP, no other buffs, e.g. specifically no active crux.

PC EU: Magblade (PvP main), DK (PvE Tank), Sorc (PvP and PvE), Magden (PvE Healer), Magplar (PvP and PvE DD), Arcanist (PvE DD)
PC NA: Magblade (PvP and PvE every role)

I mean the shield has exactly that kind of morph, no idea why they didn’t do this for the HoT as well.
