XBox NA login failure

Several times just a few minutes ago, attempted to log in. After announcement screen ("...fully patched...") placed into login queue (haven't seen that since original release), after waiting in queue, "account is already logged in" message.

Anyone else seeing this?

    yes, xbox NA, EU works.
    Tried 2 different accounts.

    It started while I was playing on NA, I could not log OUT a character, so killed the game and started new. Now I get the login queue and "Account already logged in" when it finishes.

    new ingame login message:

    NA xbox server going down for maintenance at 12:00 pm EDT / 16:00 UTC, so in 50 minutes.
