It has always been an issue with the crow deck, but now the two new decks compound the issue. I can’t believe a game designer would think there is fun in a game where one player’s goal is to prevent the other player from playing. There needs to be a limit on the number of agent cards you can have active and the number of “transactions” that can take place in a turn.
