I am a little annoyed that the ticket was closed before the problem is actually fixed. When I was an IT manager, I would have fired anyone who did that to a customer, lol.We have discovered that some players are still having issues with "The Seeker's Archive" after Update 39. Low and behold, I am one of those players as well!
This has been escalated to our development team and they are looking into another fix for this quest.

Patch notes says issue is fixed but... I now can speak to the statue but the quest doesn't progress further (like I haven't spoken to the statue).
I am in the same boat. I finished Necrom and am stuck talking to H.M.'s statue for the rest of eternity.
Should I bother opening a ticket?

I have. I think others have too. They made a change, so that you get further, but it's still not completable. I don't think more pressure is going to change anything, but, hey, what are they going to do? Just close it and mark it as a dupe?
