How do you STOP or end a Memento before its time is up?

Some mementos have long play times, e.g. Swarm of Crows = 3 minutes. These times are not listed anywhere in the Memento's description before activating. While active, they also prevent tools from being usable, like the Antiquarian Eye.
Surely there's a way to end a memento early? If not, can that functionality please be added?

✭✭none to my knowledge, it's possible to glitch some of the mementos in fun ways but whenever you activate one you're going to be locked out from using another to prevent overlapping.
It would be nice to put Antiquarian Eye on its own timer TBH.1 -

✭✭✭✭Is it listed under active effects on the Character screen? If it is you might be able to remove it. I've never looked myself so I can't say if it is.0 -

Yeah, that would be great as well. There are utility situations like using Almalexia's Lantern (or the new crown crate memento, which is 2 or 3 mins long) for light, and then not being able to use tools. But also just gameplay, like if I want to take a screenshot without it or turn the memento off for any other reason, it would really help.
