Yesterday the game ran at 120fps, today it is clamped at 60fps, when in Windowed (fullscreen) mode, on a 120fps monitor.
In proper fullscreen and proper windowed mode it runs at 120fps. When another window on another monitor is focussed instead of the game, it obeys the limit background FPS setting and will go to 120fps, it is just when actually playing the game that this 60fps limit is happening.
It isn't the MinFrameTime.2 setting in UserSettings.dat, that is still = 0.00833333.
Vsync, multithreaded rendering, using minimum graphics quality and disabling addons makes no difference.
There was an update today, but that looked like it was just the loader and not the game itself.
Anybody else seen this?, and what's the fix?
