Magicka skills consuming stamina

When I use a Magicka skill on my arcanist like Runemend or Runeblades, it is consuming stamina. They definitely have a Magicka cost in the description. Is this a bug or some new thing I’m not aware of?

✭✭If you are on console, this might be a fix that has not been pushed live yet.
In short, some arcanist skills will cost either magicka or stamina, depending on which resource is the highest.
But the tooltip is not actually showing the correct resource on the cost.
