Still losing "The Steed" mundus stone after zoning

I have my food buff back-- again, thank you!

But I accepted the blessing of The Steed mundus stone and after zoning it's gone from my Active Effects.

I don't know if it's relevant, but I accepted The Steed while in Cyrodiil, then zoned back and forth between Cyrodiil and Imperial City a number of times, then exited from Imperial City and ended up back in Stonefalls. I didn't check to see if it was still showing up while I was in Imperial City.

I'll accept it again now that I'm back in the PvE zones and report my findings afterward.

Our OT kept losing the Steed randomly during our runs in vSS tonight, no PvP involved whatsoever. So it does seem to affect PvE as well.

I've been doing some testing, but the results are too strange to summarize nicely.

Briefly, my Health Recovery goes back and forth between 3625 and 3965-- a difference of 340-- based on whether I've got the boon from The Steed or not, except sometimes it flips the other way (3625 with the boon, but 3965 without). Note that the boon is supposed to boost Health Recovery by 238, so perhaps something else is going on as well?

After I've accepted the boon, traveling to a zone that has other mundus stones but does not have The Steed generally causes the boon to disappear-- except sometimes it doesn't.

Traveling to a zone that has no mundus stones at all generally causes the boon to reappear-- except sometimes it doesn't.

Traveling to a zone that has The Steed generally causes the boon to reappear-- except sometimes it doesn't.

In short, I couldn't find any definite pattern that was true all of the time.

Furthermore, sometimes the prompt does not appear at the mundus stone even though the boon isn't showing, as though the game realizes that I've already got the boon.

But in other cases the prompt appears at The Steed as though I don't have the boon, even though I do, and I can reaccept the boon again and again-- which shows the animation of rising into the air and receiving the boon-- but the boon never reappears and the prompt never goes away.

@SeaGtGruff interesting that you’re seeing health regen issues. Since U38 I’ve noticed that my magica regen has taken a hit on multiple classes with no changes to my build or sets.

Well, I think there must have been other things going on, because when I ported back to Vivec City to do my daily writs and log out, I happened to check my character sheet again to see whether or not the boon was listed.

For some reason, my Health Regeneration had gone down by over 1000-- it was 2000-something rather than either 3965 or 3625 as it had been earlier.

I'm not sure what was going on, but now I'm wondering whether it was completely unrelated to whatever was going on with The Steed's boon.

Also if you have any divines, that will increase the benefits of the Steed.
