Arcanist or Necromancer attack Question

danya_grace
if this doesn't belong here i apologize for that

the past week i noticed that players (not sure if its the Arcanist or the Necromancer) that cast a spell towards a delve boss / monster also affects my own player character's health in a negative way and the effect lasts around 5 to 10 seconds each time they cast a spell
and im just wondering if thats supposed to happen? is that a bug maybe?

thanks for the help and have a good morning!

Seems like a bug unless they had previously cast a spell that gave your health a boost that had just wore off at the same time. You can report bugs in game.

last time it happened i was waiting for the delve boss and the player approached and as soon as the boss appeared they cast the spell and took around 500 health from my character, but i can't be sure they cast a spell previously.

Couldve been a Warden using an ability that gives Minor Toughness; which then expires. Warden healing abilities are green-ish so they look similar to the teal and green of Necromancer and Arcanist.

the warden has a neon green rune thingy on the floor around its feet?
it could be a different class, i've only ever had the sorcerer so i don't know what things the other classes have

thanks and have a good morning!
