Mana block should not be in tri focus

Need to create a separate passive for magic consumption when blocking with a frost staff, so that because of this crutch you don’t have to give up the Tri Focus passive ability

I think it's fine. I don't know anyone who uses tri focus for the shield on ice HA.

frosty staff is used in pvp as a secondary weapon, in addition, as a rule, there is also a fire or lightning staff, I lose these 12% damage from charged attacks with a fire staff, 100% area damage from a lightning staff,
and 4000 hp barrier and these are quite useful buffs, from which have to be abandoned due to the frost staff in hand. it looks more and more like a crutch, and I don't see any problem at all in creating a separate passive for such a situational and narrowly focused ability

even in PvE, vardens prefer a frost staff, they have to give up on the barrier so that the block does not eat up mana, what problems do you see in creating a separate passive exclusively for the mana block, this is a very strange judgment that everything should be left as it is, not supported by any arguments , how this can hurt rather than help, given that most players are forced to forego useful buffs due to the mana block in this passive

I'm a warden main and I only use trifocus (when I use it) for mag-blocking reasons. Like I said, absolutely no one I know uses it for the shield. Vaguely, it would be a good idea to make it an additional passive. However, I don't know if there's a maximum number of passives and additionally it'd be weird to have a passive that only affects one of the three weapons-- i.e. I don't think ZOS would add a new passive just for magblocking on ice staff.

There should hardly be any restrictions on passive abilities that do not affect attack power, healing or defense in any way. As I said, this is a very narrowly focused ability that can harm if you are not a tank, and putting such an ability in a useful passive is very unreasonable, just trite, because for one nuance you have to give up everything that it contains, moreover, developers with game designers, except for the balance framework, in principle, should not have any restrictions, especially when it comes to fixing a crutch

Just make the extra passive block for all staves, not just ice, then it's there for those who want it on other staves.
