Items listed in guild store lost

I have listed 14 items in guild store. After couple weeks of inactivity, I loged into my ESO and found out that the items are either in mail box due to expiration nor in guild store. But in guild store I see 14 items are listed. I have checked periodically to make sure I got those item if they expire and landed in mailbox. But I never got those mails.
