[URGENT REQUEST] Indicate if collected fragment is per character or account-wide in the description

I do Tales of Tribute matches on several characters and collect the new fragments for the achievements. For instance I obtained several fragments needed for the achievement "Card Conjurer" on several toons. Unfortunately I assumed that it does not matter on which character I use this fragment and hence lost one fragment because the count is per character. If I had known that I might have put it in my bank account so that my main who has had the others coud use it. Now this fragment went to waste. And they don't drop that often.

the achievement is acct wide, it shouldnt matter which toon you use the item on

same goes for the squirrel nut and acorn for the public dungeon collectibles

if the achievement does not have the blue "person" icon next to it, it is account wide and does not matter which toon you perform the action on it will make progress on the achievement

I have a "Heavily Played Tribute Card" fragment in my inventory right now. It is "Bound," not "Character Bound," otherwise the fragment could not be placed in the bank.

As for the "Card Conjurer" achievement, it does not have the little blue head and blue text which indicate a character-specific achievement, so it shouldn't matter which characters consume the fragments, as they should all apply to the achievement.

And the "Card Conjuring Emote" should definitely be account-wide, just like any other emote.
