UnZipManifest errors / 500 Wrong data version to client - PC/EU

First I got bombarded with unzip manifest errors randomly if I stay long on launcher idle while eating food before login, then game wont let me login into game saying 500 wrong data version to client, make sure your game up to date which is.

Plus, dunno related to this or not, but when I enable help mode from Settings on login screen it completely turns my GUI to console look a like, cant use my mouse but only my keyboard. which then only certain buttons.

But first things first, we need a solution for 500 wrong data client problem, I'm on PC/EU like many others. I did checked for updates and nothing happened, it seems issues are almost related to each other.

Having the same issue recently. It happened twice. It could be because I also have OBS running because I stream. reapiring always fails too. Don't know how I fixed it last time.
I also tried verifying game files on Steam.
For some reason I also can't locate the EU folder. Very weird

Have you tried completely reinstalling ESO to see if that will help?
