[REQUEST] Introduce option not to play with a patron that has not been unlocked by oneself in ranked

I think having to play a ranked match against a player who could already unlock a new patron gives considerable and UNFAIR advantage to that player as s/he has much more occasion to learn the mechanics of that patron. So I request URGENTLY to introduce an option for a player to disable patrons from patron selection if that patron has not been unlocked by that player.
