    aside from still not doing anything for those who dont have amazon/twitch accts, you might want to check your spelling on the word "ancient" ;)

    I can't claim the new Prime Gaming Dragon Slayer Mount. Every time I try to claim the mount it says " Taking longer than expected try to refresh and try again". When I wait a minute or two and refresh and try again the same thing happens.

    Added when Edited: I've claimed past rewards with no issue.

    I am seeing same issue. I collected other Prime Rewards for ESO in January and April without issue.

    I started A thread about this in general where it would be seen a few minutes after it went live on Prime Gaming. So of course the Mods moved it to general help where nobody would find it. SMH

    I was having the same problem, but then it said I claimed it , but it doesn't show up. I haven't had a problem in the past, btw.

    Is a single mount really a bundle? I like free stuff and will never say no to another mount, but it seems disingenuous to call a single item a
    “Bundle”.

    Well, I did both bundles today, linked my account, and nothing has shown up yet. Is there a delay between activating and receiving?!?

    UPDATE: So... apparently the linking is two-time linking process. You have to link to ESO from Amazon and then you have to link from Amazon to ESO. I just did the second linking, I was not aware the linking had to be done twice. I know other times I've linked accounts with other games, it was automatically linked on both ends.

    UPDATE 2: Can confirm, after linking from ESO to Amazon when I logged in I received all the goodies, I had previously only linked from Amazon to ESO. :)
