Silent Halls Group Event does not give skill point not the achievement

I am playing with two guild members in Blackwood in the Silent Halls and am doing the group event, killing Warlord Iaza. But none of us are getting the skill point after defeating him. Is this a bug? Are we doing something wrong? We are playing on PS4/PS5.

I've encountered this bug a couple of times on some of my alts on PC. Redoing the event usually fixes the issue.

Already figured it out. We were doing too much damage. The warlord has 3 invulnerable phases during which he summons adds. But if you damage him too fast, a phase can be skipped. Once we paced the fight so that all three invulnerable/add phases occurred, we got the skill point and achievement.
