Vampire bites after this update

I can give out free WW bites just the same as before this latest update.
However for Vampire bites, they are not working the same. The Character Sheet (C) is not showing a cooldown, which should mean a bite is available.
But going to the altar for players that want a Vampire bite is not letting me bite them.
How are we supposed to use the bites now after the latest update?

✭✭✭✭✭i was able to vamp bite someone last week just fine, the main difference i noticed is the timer it gave me was 5 days instead of 7, because they changed vampire and WW bites cooldown to reset on the standard weekly reset time

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them

Eleminwe✭I was able to give a vamp bite tonight. I just had to make sure I was at the right altar for my toon's faction, otherwise the option to feed wouldn't show up.PC/NA0 -

when i gave a vamp bite last week i was on an AD toon and did the bite in bangkorai, faction shouldnt matter as long as your at the shrineplays PC/NA

I gave vamp bite today on an AD character in bangkorai. At first I did not get the prompt to bite. I then teleported on the player I were supposed to bite since we were grouped. That player also ported on me a few seconds after(not sure why). I then got the prompt to bite and all was well.
That player did say that others had been unsucessful in biting though, before I did. I got 5 days cooldown which was a surprise.Moons and sands shall be your guide and path.
