Constantly Crashing in Trials

Since the new chapter came out, I can't do trials at all. I turned off all addons, my system is up to date, hardware looks good. Never had this happen on this game so IDK.

Also, the ping is really high in trials?

I used to be one of those people that never got kicked but now I get dc'd in nearly every trial I run, requiring me to close and restart the game. Not ideal if you're a healer or tank.

And us console peasants haven't even got the new chapter yet, hope it doesn't become worse.

If the crash troubleshooting found here is not helping with these crashes, please go ahead and start a ticket with customer support.

Thank you! I will do that. I ended up updating the bios and chipset and reinstalling the game. Also changed my gpu graphic setting for the game, because it somehow got changed. It seems to be better, haven't been in a trial yet but I'm hoping it works. If not then I will file a ticket.

Well that did work! Updating bios and chipset drivers and reinstall.
