I've been wondering about this with exploration in ESO.

I know for a fact that in other games they got mini objectives that take little or no effort to complete that makes exploring the world more fun.

For example:
In Guild Wars 2 they have things like vistas that are up at random high points, when viewed a cutscene shows the whole area from the 3rd perspective with your character there, then gets bonus XP buffs. Guild wars 2 also has jumping puzzles in hidden areas as well that are complicated to solve and are really fun.

In world of warcraft they got secret little islands, caves, craters, and other hidden zones all over the world that are really unique. That aren't listed places on the in-game map.

I'm wondering if ESO has some little fun exploration stuff like or similar to what other games have. .

If the game doesn't and then gets stuff like what I t will be a total upgrade 👍

Are there secret little unique hidden places here in eso too? What are they

ESO has an achievement for visiting striking locales in a zone. You can earn various dyes: https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Online:Exploration_Achievements

My favourite one of those is Khenarthi's Arch, it even has its own special achievement, and the views are spectacular! :)

To add to the suggestions above: There are also many sites/places to find which are not tied to achievements/striking locales: Hideouts, dead bodies, small camps, secret caves, etc. Some even contain small letters, or contain skeletons placed in such a way that you can basically guess what happened to them(hiding, stabbed, starved, etc).

One example of this: In Bangkorai, above the center northern dolmen on the east side of the river. There is a dead body in a small camp, with a letter. This one is very easy to find.

Another example: The small thieves camp in central/eastern VVardenfell. Does not contain a letter, but is a small hideout.

There are many more like these sites/places to find. I often take screenshots when I find places like this.

PS: Easiest way to come across these is to level antiquities in a zone you wish to explore, and not use wayshrines. You are bound to run into some.
