Necrom ToT Achievements - how to get mysterious 3?

I've gotten the Almalexia deck but some of the achieves seem impossible. Bolm won't play me (does this have to do with the main quest? I'm only half way through it) and I haven't gotten a single Highly Played Card or Scrap for the pirate chick, despite playing enough PVE matches yesterday and the day before to get all the way from the startover rank up to Rubedite. Anyone else know anything about these 3 achieves?

I meant PVP matches, haven't played any PVE matches except for trying to play Bolm.

I can now add that after making significant progress on the main quest, I just got a scrap of pirate chick fabric or whatever.

The scraps aren't locked to the main quest, because I've gotten pieces for both without starting it.

I'm not sure how you get Bolm to play you. Maybe upgrading the other cards? I assume your Tribute experience rank is max. I'll talk to him soon and see if there's a hint.

Play through enough main quest quests and he'll play you. As to where to find him, there's a hit near the start of a Google search, he's just standing out in the wilds on the peninsula.
